The generator

A daily workout generator built around your goals.

FitBoost generates one workout a day rather than handing you a library to pick from. It takes your goal, your level, the days you can train, the time you have and the equipment you own, and produces a single session, then changes the next one based on what you actually did.

FitBoost generates a new session each day from your goal, level, available time and equipment, and adapts it to what you complete.

What it takes in

A generator is only as good as what it knows about you. These are the inputs that change what comes out:

  • Your goal, build strength, get fitter, lose weight, train for a distance
  • Your level, and what you have completed so far
  • How many days a week you can train
  • How long today’s session can be
  • The equipment you have, from none at all to a full gym
  • What you skipped, swapped or marked as too hard

What it gives back

One session, in order, ready to run: a warm-up, the exercises with sets and reps, the rest between them, and a cool-down. Not a list of workouts to choose between.

Over a week it balances what you train, so muscle groups get their recovery and the hard days are not stacked together. Running and strength are planned in the same week rather than as two separate plans that collide.

Is it AI?

No, and it is worth being straight about that because the word is on every fitness app right now.

FitBoost does not send your training to a language model and ask it what to do. It is a training engine: rules taken from how coaching actually works, applied to your history. The same inputs produce the same plan, every time, which is why it can be tested, and why it will not one day invent an exercise that does not exist or contradict what it told you yesterday.

Based on how you feel today

After a session you can say it was too much, about right, or easy. That answer changes what comes next: too much and the next session eases off, easy and it moves up. Report pain and it works around it for as long as that lasts, without deciding you got weaker.

Questions

Does it generate a new workout every day?+

Yes. Each day has its own session, built for that day rather than pulled from a fixed programme.

Can I set it to a specific goal?+

Yes. Your goal is one of the inputs, and changing it changes what the generator produces.

What if I do not like the workout it gave me?+

Swap exercises you do not want, or ask for a run instead of strength. What you swap away is remembered, so it shows up less often.

Is the workout generator free?+

Yes. There is no subscription and no in-app purchases.
