This is a sample of the kind of session FitBoost builds, drawn from a sample of the app’s exercise library. The app plans your whole week from the full catalogue, remembers what you complete and changes the next session accordingly, this page cannot, because it does not know you yet.

Set your goal, time, equipment, energy and soreness above, and the session updates as you change them. The exercises come from FitBoost’s own library.

Why five questions and not one

Generators that ask only for a body part give everyone the same thing. The five inputs above are the ones that genuinely change what you should do today.

Time decides how many exercises fit. Equipment decides which exist for you. Energy decides how many rounds are realistic rather than aspirational. Soreness decides what to leave alone. And the goal decides the reps, eight to twelve for muscle is a different session from forty seconds of work for conditioning, even with the same exercises.

The same answers give the same session

This is deliberate, and it is how the app works too. Nothing here is random: change nothing and you get the same session back, change one answer and you can see exactly what that answer did.

A workout you cannot reproduce is a workout you cannot learn anything from.

What this page cannot do

It does not know you. It cannot see that you trained legs on Monday, that you skipped the same exercise three weeks running, or that last week was too much.

That is the actual difference between a generator and a plan, and it is what the app adds: one session a day, in a week that balances itself, adjusting to what you complete rather than what you intended.

  • A week that spaces hard days apart
  • Running and strength planned together
  • Progression from what you actually finished
  • Exercises you keep skipping shown less often

Questions

Is this workout generator free?+

Yes, and there is nothing to sign up for. The app it comes from is free too.

Can I generate a workout with no equipment?+

Yes. Set equipment to None and every exercise you get can be done with your bodyweight.

Can it work around sore muscles?+

Yes. Tell it what is sore and it builds the session from everything else rather than giving you a rest day.

Are these real exercises from the app?+

Yes. This page picks from a sample of the exercise library that ships inside FitBoost. The app itself works from the full catalogue.
